During the summer of 2015, I collaborated with award-winning poet Nikki Grimes to compose a short cantata for two sopranos and piano for the ensemble Soprani Compagni, in residence at Indiana Wesleyan University. The commission was part of the project: "New Works Symposium: Portraits of Women in Contemporary Soprano Duet."
